Slow Summer on the Philly Blog
Published on 25/07/07

I don’t know what it is, but I have just not been feeling like writing lately. That goes for both this blog, and my other blog. Maybe it’s the summer time? That’s definitely a good possibility. I had planned on working on a redesign of this site too and moving it to a new domain name, but I don’t think that’s going to happen as long as the weather is nice like this.
I had a feeling this would happen this summer too. I considered even backing away from this blog for good, but I just don’t know if I could do that. Too much work and info put into this thing to hang up the hat. I will continue to ride this thing out, but during the summer, if I don’t post much, then oh well.
We just locked down our biggest client yet for Tridea, so life is about to get quite busy again but it will be worth it. This client resides in Arizona. My mom likes to hand out my business cards when she travels so that has been quite beneficial. It’s like a free traveling marketing team. I also find it interesting how we have yet to have one client in Michigan. Don’t know if that says more good about the web, or more bad about Michigan. I won’t go down that road right now.
It does say that running a business on the web can be pretty efficient and low cost. We wouldn’t get too far if we weren’t able to use some of the [free] web-based applications we use.
Damn, the web owns me. I can honestly say that I could not function at top notch without the web. Only thing I need on my actually computer is iTunes and Photoshop. The rest is out there in cyberspace. Ok, I’m rambling, and I need to go to work.
Peace
